Absolutely! We currently tour 7 days a week, by appointment only.

We can accommodate up to 200 people, including wedding party.

We do! There are multiple beautiful locations throughout the property. One being our gorgeous “Hillside Ridge” area.

Yes. When the contract is signed,  we require a 50% down payment to secure the date. We offer payment plans. Final payment is due 120 days prior to your event.

No. You are welcome to use the vendors of your choosing, but they must be approved by Cranford Hollow. We do offer a list of preferred vendors who are reputable, professional, and will make your planning a breeze!

We do not allow glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, cornmeal, loose straw, or candles. We do not allow staples, nails, screws, or duct tape on walls or floors. 3 M command hooks are the preferred method of hanging. If you have any other decorations you want to use and are unsure if they are welcome please clarify with Cranford Hollow.

You may choose a caterer from our preferred vendor list, they have been thoroughly vetted and are familiar with our space and policies. You are also able to use a caterer of your own choosing as long as they are approved by Cranford Hollow. In all cases, the caterer must be a licensed and insured business and able to provide full-service staffing until close.

Yes, we do have house audio that the DJ can plug into but we definitely still recommend getting a DJ for your event.

Yes. While our venue is typically “pet free” we do allow your fur babies to be a part of your ceremony. They must be kept on a leash at all times and you are responsible for cleanup of any waste.

We do not have lodging onsite. There are several hotels, B&Bs and other rental options just minutes away from Cranford Hollow. Links to follow.

Yes, the entire venue is handicap accessible.

Yes, we have onsite parking.  During your event, we also have a team that will bring your guests up from the parking lot area in one of our golf carts.

We ask that you return the venue to the state that it was when you found it.  We do have a cleaning crew that will come in after the event for the deep cleaning, bathrooms, and mopping etc.

We allow beer, wine, champagne, and liquor drinks. An ABC licensed bartender is required for all events where alcohol will be on-premises. Please provide a copy of the license of the bartender you will be using. If you do not have or know an ABC licensed bartender, let us know and we will provide a list for you.
